Our Services

OakStreet provides investment advisory and consulting services to individuals, corporations and non-profit entities. OakStreet assists high-net worth individuals develop and implement comprehensive strategic financial plans, including tax strategies, cash flow management, estate planning and retirement planning. We provide advisory consulting services to employer-sponsored retirement plans, trusts, foundations and endowments offering assistance with defining objectives; drafting investment guidelines and investment policy statements; recommending investment manager selection; and providing education to plan participants.

Investment Supervisory / Managed Account / Asset Allocation Services

OakStreet provides investment supervisory services that involve giving continuous advice to clients regarding the investment of funds on the basis of each client's individual needs. These services include reviewing a client's net worth and financial goals; making investment recommendations and developing investment strategies designed to enhance a client's investment portfolio consistent with the client's investment objectives, financial circumstances and risk tolerance levels; monitoring each client's portfolio, including providing monthly statements that reflect account performance against industry benchmark indices; and regular and direct contact with our clients.

OakStreet also provides managed account services to clients that are not performed on a continuous basis, including an asset allocation service that provides periodic reviews of investments held in a client's individual 401(k) plan account, or similar employer sponsored plans, insurance products (life and annuities), IRAs and non-qualified accounts to determine appropriate asset allocations and re-balancing as determined by each client's individual investment objectives.

Consulting Services

OakStreet also provides advisory consulting services to certain of its clients, limited to providing consultations in connection with the recommendation of other portfolio money managers, including portfolio managers in a program sponsored by JP Morgan Clearing Corp. OakStreet also provides consulting services, on a limited basis, regarding estate planning, retirement planning and tax planning matters.
